Price Match Guaranteed

This price match occurs at the time of booking.

Tickets Confirmed instantly matches our competitors’ prices. If you’d like to book your vacation with us but find a lower price for the exact same reservation (same departure airport, travel dates, flight itinerary, class of service, transfers, hotel, and room category), you may be eligible to receive an Instant Price Match. Here’s how:

• Call your Travel Agent or Tickets Confirmed Customer Assistance with details of the vacation you’d like to book, as well as the competitive package and price details.
• During your call, we will confirm that the package details are identical. If all required price match criteria is met, we will match our competitor’s price – on the spot.
• Once your vacation is booked, your credit card will be charged and you’ll receive a confirmation and booking number.
• The total price charged will be equivalent to the competitor’s price.
• Instant Price Matches are only available for customers who are booking through a qualified travel agent or Tickets Confirmed Customer Assistance via phone. You must inform the representative that you want to Price Match prior to completing the booking, so the proper adjustments can be made before processing the final payment to your credit card(s).

• Tickets Confirmed instantly matches our Exclusive Vacation Flights vs. other Tour Operators exclusive flights.
• Tickets Confirmed will instantly match our Exclusive Vacation Flights vs. Competitors’ Commercial flights (e.g. American Airlines). Match outbound morning-to-morning or afternoon-to-afternoon flights returning between 10am-10 pm. In addition, match nonstop vs. a connecting flight with a minimum 4 hour layover for $50 per person per direction.
• There’s no limit on any qualified match with Tickets Confirmed!
• All Tickets Confirmed packages include transfers and may be added to the matched price if not included in the competitor’s package. AVOK Total Vacation Security is additional.
• The price match will not be confirmed until the full amount has been charged to your credit card. If the package price changes due to problems charging the credit card, you will be contacted and your hotel and airfare reservation will not be processed.

• Tickets Confirmed does not accept price matches for various blackout dates, exclusive vacation flights, previously advertised rates that have expired, competitors’ pricing that is no longer available, insurance waivers, group rates, reward programs, incentives, meeting and convention rates, time shares, auction sites, dynamic air, Square Deals, car rental taxes, or vs. sites located outside the US.
• Tickets Confirmed does not match hotel only Melia Hotels and Resorts pricing.
• Tickets Confirmed only matches pricing for Atlantis Resorts vs. Atlantis Resorts direct.
• Tickets Confirmed does not match room categories that are non-refundable or opaque (e.g. Square Deals).
• Changes to the booking will result in the price match being invalid.
• In order to guarantee the lower price, Tickets Confirmed must be satisfied that the booking meets all requirements otherwise imposed on the match.
• Tickets Confirmed reserves the right in its sole discretions to modify, deny, or discontinue the Price Match or restrict it’s availability to any person, at any time, for any reason without proper notice or liability to you.
• Price Match promotions cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or promotional codes.
